Who Is Eligible for Technical Support?
Support is available to all commercial clients who are currently under a support maintenance contract.

What Does Technical Support Provide?
AMS provides full support for the entire Arena family of products, including Arena Basic and Professional Editions; Arena Contact Centre Edition; and Arena Factory Analyzer Edition. AMS also provides full support for the Visual Spar product. Questions concerning installation, how modules work, the use of the model editor, and the use of the software are handled by technical support.
